What goes well with leather goods

Some things are not bought for their own sake but because they make something else better. Leather grease adds years to the life of a wallet. A key case stops a bunch of keys from wearing through the lining of a jacket pocket. Shielded card sleeves protect the cards you carry every day anyway.

Care

Leather grease is the one product that pays for itself on any leather item. Applied thinly two or three times a year, it keeps the material supple, reduces how much water it takes up and stops the surface from cracking along the fold lines. The work involved is about ten minutes.

Keys

Key cases and key wallets hold the bunch together so that it neither jangles nor chafes. The models with an additional card slot take the entry card for the front door as well.

Card protection

The RFID card sleeves are the retrofit route for anyone who wants to keep their existing wallet. They slide over the card and interrupt the radio field — the same effect as a shielded wallet, only card by card.

We are a family business from Upper Bavaria, now in the fourth generation. That gives us knowledge of leather goods going back to 1947, and it shows in the quality of our products.

Sind eure Lederwaren wasserfest?

Our leather goods are made from high-quality, hard-wearing buffalo leather, which is naturally water-repellent. Light rain does them no harm, but they are not fully waterproof.

To keep your Hodalump products going for years, we recommend regular care with our leather grease. If your bag or wallet does get wet, let it dry slowly in the air — never directly on a radiator. Dirt can be removed carefully with a dry cloth.

With the right care, your Hodalump stays a reliable companion in any weather.

How long does delivery take?

We know you want your new Hodalump bag in your hands as soon as possible. That is why we usually ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Delivery within Germany takes around 1–2 working days. Orders to other European countries can take 2–4 working days depending on the country. We work with reliable carriers such as DHL to make sure your parcel reaches you quickly and safely.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order at any time.

How do returns and exchanges work?

We want you to be completely happy with your Hodalump order. If an item does not meet your expectations, or you would like to exchange it, you can do so easily.

Can I buy your products in shops as well?

Yes, you can buy our leather goods in store too — at selected OBI and Hagebau stores, at various specialist leather retailers and in local shops. Altogether we are stocked by more than 500 retailers. There you can also pick up our products and see the quality for yourself. The widest choice, though, is right here in our online shop.
